Consequential Loss

Alpha Suspension Set-Up shall not be liable for any consequential loss/damages regardless of cause. Including lost revenues, profits, use or time, which may result from the goods or services provided.

Shipping

Goods are shipped without insurance. If insurance required then please request a quote.

Title.

All goods remain the property of Alpha Suspension Set-Up until paid for in full.

Quotes

May be amended or withdrawn anytime up to commencement of work.

No liability is accepted for any loss or damage resulting from act of God, explosion, flood, tempest, fire, accident, or theft.
